Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Job
in Loudoun County, VA

Little Hands Pediatric Therapy is hiring a pediatric speech-language pathologist to support children and families through clinic, home and school-based services across Loudoun and Fairfax County in Northern Virginia.

We believe in strong family involvement and routine collaboration with other professionals on the child’s team. We hold a contract with Loudoun County's Early Intervention Program as well as private schools and programs.

Position Details:

  • Location: Loudoun County in Northern Virginia
  • Employment type: Contract
  • Setting: Home and school visits in Loudoun County, including Western Loudoun County, with drive times under 15 minutes between visits. Office visits take place in our space located in Sterling, VA.
  • Schedule: Flexible schedules and caseloads. This contract allows for up to 30 client hours per week including a minimum availability of nine after-school hours (3pm-7pm)
  • Compensation: $75-80/hour

Qualifications:

  • Active Virginia speech-language pathology license
  • ASHA CCC-SLP required; strong CF candidates may apply
  • 3+ years of pediatric clinical experience with children ages 1-10 preferred
  • Professional liability insurance
  • VA Part C Credential (free through Infant and Toddler Connection of VA), or desire to obtain this credential for early intervention work
  • Must be a self-starter, organized and have a strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation for home and school-based visits
  • Additional training in pediatric feeding, SOS, LAMP, AAC or related areas is a plus

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language and feeding skills
  • Provide early intervention services through Infant Toddler Connection of Loudoun
