Become a BIG part of our Little Hands team!
If you are an energetic therapist and enjoy helping children, please contact us! Our speech, occupational and physical therapists see both private and early intervention clients in homes, schools and in our sensory gym with great flexibility in managing their own schedule and caseload.
Always Upping Our Game
We offer all staff multiple continuing education opportunities per month. Our "Lunch and Learns" feature guest speakers from various health professions covering the latest research and evidence based practices (EBP) from their specialties. We also attend conferences together multiple times a year, hold bimonthly "Feeding Round Tables" and meet regularly to review current cases, discuss studies and EBP, share therapy ideas and more to help further our multi-disciplinary client care.
Work Hard, Play Hard
We believe in play with a purpose! Our (super-fun, smart and friendly) team of therapists spend one day each quarter team-building. Past activities have included indoor skydiving, escape rooms, Top Golf, wineries, hiking, charity walks and our annual Family Day. These outings aren't just about having a blast (although we definitely do!). They're about strengthening our bonds, improving communication and creating a positive work culture that translates into better care for our clients.
